Poaching
Poaching is a very serious problem among animal species. Simply enough, poaching means to capture and/or trade an animal illegally. Tigers, for example, are victims of poaching. Tigers are killed because many people in Asia believe that tiger bones and other various body parts have healing and medicinal value. Poaching is also a big problem for elephants, who are killed for their tusks.
Elephant Tusk
These are confiscated poached elephant tusks. They are used for ivory, which is illegal to trade in many countries because of the issue of poaching.
Tiger Skin
These are the hide and bones of a poached tiger. Hunting these cats is illegal, but people still do it because profits on the black market for these goods are very lucrative.
